How do you drive business results by aligning diversity, equity, and inclusion to your business strategy? How do you become the CEO of your own career?
For the longest time, organizations have had a reactive rather than proactive approach to diversity. This was the case until the murder of George Floyd, which became an eye-opening moment for many organizations. Being the only black woman on her leadership team, Ellen Bailey saw an opportunity from this incident to bring out her voice. She was able to create a strategy, vision, and goals for diversity and belonging in her organization. Now she shares what she has learned to help people implement those same changes.
In this episode of Reclaim Your Career, Jess Galica is joined by Ellen Bailey, the VP of Diversity and Culture at Harvard Business Publishing, to discuss diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
